If you're too stupid to understand that is wrong or have such disregard for someone else's property that you would willfully destroy it, you are a menace to society, and the law abiding citizens should be able to protect it with deadly force. Shut down a freeway with a stupid protest, police should step away and let traffic resume at its stated speed limit. If you are standing on the freeway at that time, that's on you. It just means you're too dumb to understand walking onto a freeway was a risky move.
