YACPT: (yet another cell phone thread) Which phone to get? (AT&T)

My current (Ericsson T306) is a PoS and is falling apart. Currently some packing tape is holding the battery cover on. I can get the following upgrades with no contract extensions. My service is with ATT.

I also like these phones, but they cost a bit more. I'd have to wait a bit if I wanted one of these options.

NEC 515 - $75
Panasonic GU87 - $100
Siemens S56 - $155

Thoughts? Opinions?

I have the Nokia 3650 and wouldn't trade it for anything that's out there right now (except maybe the Samsung E715).

I have a 6200 and I love it. No complaints. If you like all the bells and whistles it might not be for you but it's been very reliable for me. Most phones don't have GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/1800/1900.

Unless you need all the features of the 3650, I would go with the 6200. It's a good phone.

I think the 6200 may be the way to go. So far when I call the ordering line tho, always 60+ minute wait!
