YACPT: Best bluetooth headset?

So...yeah...finally called up LetsTalk.com and ordered a new account for my family...as much as I like to consider myself a geek in every way, I haven't read up on the latest BT headsets.

Out of the more affordable ones like the Motorola HS820, Jabra and Plantronics, is there a clear winner? And in something more expensive, what is there?

Thanks...I can't wait! If anybody's dealt with letstalk.com before, I was wondering how long it took to get your phone too.

i dont know about the best, but im happy with my moto hs810. the flip open boom mic is a neat feature, and the fact thats what controls the bluetooth on/off does wonders for its battery also. ive had mines for a few months now and only have had to charge it a few times.

cool...how far away from the phone can you be and still get good reception? My main problem is that I get no reception in the basement as it is right now, and would like to leave my phone one floor above me

it advertises 30 ft., i wouldnt say its exactly that, but it is still a pretty good range. when im at my parents place, if i leave my phone upstairs, i can use my headset downstairs and in my garage (where usually no signals comes though) with little to no static.

I tried them all and I liked the HS-820 from motorola the best. Best quality sound on both ends. The BT-250 was the most comfortable but had awful sound.
