Nokia 6832

Thinking about going with that one instead of the Siemens I am using now. A couple of the buttons on my Siemens are going out, so I need to either get a new phone, or just warranty this one. Help me decide!

so I picked it up today. Works great! The camera even has a nightmode feature on it. Going to have to play around a bit more after it charges up.

That looks cool! If you do a lot of texting I could see it being awesome. Otherwise, probably just stick to what ya got.

It's all a matter of personal preference. For me, I use my phone mostly for calling so I got the Samsung E715. Awesome phone, very small and well built, good features, and no external antenna. I considered the Nokia 6820 but the extra size and weight couldn't be justified. I do a fair amount of text messaging from my phone and with predictive T9 it's really simple and quick. A keypad probably wouldn't speed things up very much.

I like the SL56 I am using now. Its small, has no antenna, and great features. I wouldnt mind having a camera and bluetooth again. I had the Nokia 3650, but that thing was just way too big.

I am pretty sure I am going to pick this phone up, I just wanted to get some opinions.

The cameras on Nokias are pretty sub par comapred to other companies at the moment. Most offer VGA quality but Nokia cameras are not that high resolution IIRC. Do you use ATT? The 6820 supports EDGE so that would be a plus if you're going to do anything with web at all.

Yeah, I have been with ATT for almost 2 years now. I worked there for a while and got addicted to GSM and MMode. I never have billing or service issues, and I still know everyone that works there so I get deals on phones (you dont want to know what I am going to end up paying for this phone.)

I didnt notice that the 6820 supported EDGE. MMMM....EDGE. I probably wont have this phone long enough to enjoy EDGE on it, but its still nice to know that it supports it.

Nice, I wanted one of those when it came out. Then, of course, Cingular bought my carrier and started charging me ten cents per text message...

I am switching to a new Erricsson T616 with the camera, blah blah blah....I like it because it is only like 4oz.

I wanted a little bit bigger phone after having that SL56. If you want small, you cant get any smaller than that.
