I only have one credit card at the moment, a Capital one card. It has no perks, a very high interest rate, and a low credit limit. It was the only one I could get when I first turned 18 and I didn't really use it much when I got it but now I find myself using my Credit Card once a month. I always pay off my balance at the end of each month and I usually dont put more than $200 a month on it. I'm just looking for a card that has some kind of reward and no annual fee. I would like the Amex Blue card but I dont want to pay the fees. Amazon sent me a credit card application and it seems nice but I'd like to hear what other decent cards are out there.

Amex blue is fee-free, but you have to have a $20k minimum income to get it (I don't, stupid college). I have a Discover card that pays a certain amount back, a decent credit limit (for a 19-year-old, $1000). No annual fees.

Discover card is the way to go imho. You get cash back, not award points, or frequent flier points, but cold hard cash. I just got my yearly cash back payment and it was $240! This only works of course if you don't carry a balance, as the interest will outweigh the benefits if you have interest each month. Discover card, is low interest, no fees, and it pays you back. Also get a Mastercard & Visa for backup (Discover isn't accepted in some places).
