anyway What do I do ..

I have a AIWA CDC-MP3 (2 more years of extended warrenty - realistically 1.5) it was on my old tercel.. and I also have a Clarion Tape deck (old tercel)..

What should i do? Install in the ford (cdc-mp3) or get a Focus Mp3 Headunit on ebay.

It all depends. If you get an mp3 player designed for your actual car it'll look completely stock if that's what you want. It'll probably cost more though and the sound quality might not be as good. If you don't care about your car looking stock why not just put your current head unit in it?
 
If it's anything like the CDC-MP3 I use to have, it would be better off in the trash.. damn I hated that thing
