Just the Cliff Notes.

Women rear ended me at a stop light.

She can barely speak english.

Cracked my bumper in a couple places.

None of her insurance info checked out.

I called the Police.

Everything she has is expired(drivers license 2 years expired) insurance cancelled for lack of payment.

She goes to jail.

I'm pissed.

At least she went to jail and you got some measure of justice. Some people don't even get that.

Ugh, sorry to hear that man.

My g/f had the same experience last month. Some kook ran a stop sign into a middle of an interstate. She collided with him going 60mph, her car was totaled and flipped over. She miraculously escaped with just a few bruises. Her car had only liability insurance. The guy was homeless AND uninsured, and has now disappeared.

She was driving a decent looking 92 Lexus ES300.

But its an 11 year old car, doesnt mean she has any money.

Plus I think she is here on a work visa or some sh1T.(probally also expired)

GD illegals!!!

I'm still pissed.

Actually the police will have done this (Since they need to confirm who they locked up.)

Unless of course you live in some town where Barney is revered for his trained investigator?s mind

Whats the UMPD coverage rates and conditions in NV? In some states they waive the deductible if certain criteria are met....so you may not have to pay anything.

I just talked to my insurance company who got all the info, they said it would be $500 and it would get taken out of the setllement.

They also said they will go after the driver and try and get both of us reimbursed.
