YACAT: Cheap car audio setup

Well, I found out on my way to work today that one of my 6x9 stock rear speakers in my Camry is dead. It emits a staticky noise whenever i adjust the bass to anything but at the lowest setting.

I figured this might be a good tim to upgrade my audio system. By upgrade, I mean just barely for some of you. I'm going to try to keep my limit under 200 and after about an hour of browsing I kind of decided on these choices.

Panasonic CQ-DP383U CD/mp3 deck

JBL GTO935 6x9 rear deck speakers

Kenwood KFC-1668S 6x.5 front door speakers

I don't like loud bass and am not much of an audio fanatic so power isn't needed. I would just like some decent quality for a cheaper price. Did I make some deacent choices or are these things overpriced? Any other recommendations?
