YACarbT: Automatic Choke...

I have a Holley 4160 and I am having the dammedest time. I have to hook up the electronic choke, but I can't figure out where the hot lead should go. Does it go to the battery? To an source that is only on during ignition? Help is appreciated.

you want to power the elec choke when the ignition is on.

any clue on what voltage it requires? Is it a 6v or a 12v?

It's 12V. Any carbs I had, I just ran a wire from the + terminal on the coil.
