YAC(ooking)T: I got some clams

Get a pot, put in lots of garlic, onions, red chilli, cook it up nice and good. Put in clams. Put in white wine. Cover and let simmer til they open up and change colors. Eat.
 
Heat oil, put in salt, when it is almost burning in flame throw in the clams and stir real quick, add some green onions and wine (flame effect).

Cook it in less than 20 seconds, or else it is overcooked.

Delicious.
 
take it from a mainah, put the clams on a cookie sheet. then get some breadcrumbs, sprinkle it over them covering all of them. put the sheet in the fride over night and steam the next night. these are high-end quality and there is no sand/other stuff in them when you eat. man they are good 😀
