Fausto, your confusion comes from that bike really not being a hybrid, but instead really a flat-handlebar road bike. Notice the head-tube angle and the rear triangle's angles. Same as all Trek/LeMond/Klein/et al road bikes......the true hybrids are much slacker in the rear triangle and head tube.
