YAAT: Today makes 6 months!

Uh oh, another Atkins thread... :evil: Bring on the hate!! 😀

Today marks 6 months since I've been on it, down >55 lbs., less than 10 lbs. from my goal weight, which I thought was ridiculously low when I kinda came up with it. looking at my workout log/journal, I've gone up by a average of 30 lbs. starting weight on each exercise I do (not counting dumbell stuff, cuz going up by 30 lbs. would be insane in that). Went from 38 waist to a kinda loose 33 right now.

Kinda sucks, I don't really have much of a new year's resolution to set... that's a first. Oh well, I'm gonna grill me up a phat arse steak to celebrate 😀
 
What do you eat all day? Steak and eggs?

What I ate yesterday:

Morning: didn't have time for breakfast so I downed a low-carb protein shake, & a glass ov diet v-8 splash juice.

They had food trays at work, so I nibbled on some cheese, cantaloupe and celery/green peppers.

Lunch: Ordered a pint of chicken chop suey, steamed, without gravy. Had some tea to drink.

Got off work, had a snack of a ham sandwich with cheese, lettuce, mayo, tomato, onion on whole grain bread.

Post-Workout, I had another protein shake.

Dinner: salad with Grilled chicken breast on greens, with cheese, green pepper, olives, onion, tomato & ceaser dressing. Side of green beans & peas.

Snack: Cottage Cheese w/ raspberries
Snack: Sugar-Free Jell-O with cool-whip.

Add about a gallon and a half of water during the day and wa-la.
