One time, my girlfriend decided to sign up for an aol and install it on my computer when i was at work or something (why?? i have no idea since we have roadrunner). I immediatly uninstalled it and made her call and cancel it. She tried for 20 minutes to convince them that we don't want another month free and etc etc...

She was quite aggrivated and i thought going through the AOL retention department was punishment enough for her so i didn't give too much of a hard time after that
