So my gf download's a ringtone using Get it Now (Big mistake) She then tries to send me the ringtone, no problem, right? Wrong, Verizon locked the damn ringtone from being sent out. Why the hell is this acceptable? Why must they lock everything? All people want to do is transfer from one device to another. If it weren't for their reception, i would have jumped ship long ago.:|

I already did that to her's and mine (v710 and e815)😉. She just doesn't want to take the time to plug it in to her computer and transfer from there.

I don't think you can do that on any content gotten from Get It Now. Verizon encrypts everything they offer. You can h4x0r the phone and xfer your own tones to it from your PC, or user vxzpix.com to send a ringer/pic.

Verizon are rediclious, they want to charge us to do anything on the phone! I just switched from Sprint to VZ, big difference.

ahh the beauty of using mp3s on some phones as your ringtone... you can make and import your own.

yeah get a usb cable from ebay. i got one for my phone and was able to add some home-made ringtones that are 100x better than the ones they offer on their site. gg!
