with the above program you can text msg in-game. Also you can setup a voice-chat so you can talk to each other whether or in the same squad or not.

xfire works in game. you can receive, but I don't think send, IMs inside of the actual game. but only to other people on the xfire network in your list. and there is some sort of overlay that you have to access with an alt + something command.

best in game chat is either with the say squad bound key or the say team bound key.

squad up, be sure to function as a team, you have a much better chance of acheiving your goals that way.

I think Xfire's voice chat is crud, Ventrilo FTW!!!!! Beats teamspeak in quality anyday, i only use xfire for msging, and getting in contact with new aquintances.
