Graphics card problem. I wouldn't say its toast. It would be helpful if you posted specs - Better yet, post this in the Video forum.
 
Video card not up to the job.. used to get the same thing in CoH with a 9700 at high detail. Could be overheating too... also WRONG FORUM.
 
Check the temp of the video card.

I had video card problems, and couldn't figure out what was wrong, then I verified my temp of the card when running. it I put an extras fan on it. now it works fine.
 
it is happening because Nik hacked your computer. This is what happens when you post in the wrong forum.
