So my motherboard just completely died on me and I would like some help in finding a new motherboard that will be good for me as a replacement. I've never had to search for a mother board before as it came with the case and PSU and processor. I had no issues with the board for the most part and I believe that the PSU killed my board as it spelled like pure crap when it (the psu) died. I replaced the PSU, but the comp still wont post.
Anyways, here's what I got.
Intel P4 2.8ghz
1gb pc 3200 ram (1 stick elixir, 1 stick buffalo)
3 hd's (1 ide 60gb, 1 ide 8gb, 1 usb 250gb)
Radeon 9600se agp
CD-R ide
DVD-R ide
430W PSU
I will not be upgrading anthing else here as of now as im very satisfied with what I have for the most part. I would just like to see whats good out there that is compatible with what I have that may make my comp a little bit better. Oh, Im also considering *possibly* getting into OC'ing the P4. Not positive about that yet.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
