Yeah, except that I'm sure it won't be QUITE the same. The audience for a .xxx vs a .com is much smaller.

Wow, that much? I never would have guessed. I figured maybe 2% or so. Still, a person can go to a .com and not worry if someone sees it because almost all sites are .coms. If they go to a .xxx then people know what they're doing.
