xtreme tubing- VIDEO

That was cool as hell, but what happens when you land on one of your beans or on your frank? 😱
 
hehe, while most crashes look bad, their honestly not. ive had some huge crashes while going over 40 behind a 24' celebrity with a 454, talk about power...

fastest i have gone on a tube is 56mph last summer, it was a straight line though🙂 the scary thing about tubing is when the boat makes a turn as sharp as it can and says its going only like 27-30mph, the tube is atleast going an easy 45 or so around the corner.

its so fun though!

I KNOW I hit over 50 on the tube. Just from the sheer wind force you could feel.

yeah, had some pretty bad wrecks, jumping 6-7 feet in the air and actually trying to land it.
 
i went to the lake just about every weekend this summer although we sold our boat recently but the gf has a 24" celebrity so its all good🙂

the main tube i ride is sportsstuff "bigred" its a pretty big single person tube and light as a feather. Me and a friend of mine(he goes to u of a in fayettville) tube every summer and try to make tricks up. When we tube, we get the driver the turn as sharp as he can throwing us as far as we can go out, then he straightens out and turns slightly the other direction launching us across the boats wake. we then get on our knees and just as we hit the wake we bunny hop it over the wake and have easily covered 8 feet and landed, we make it look EASY. i attempted a mid air barrel roll this summer but landing it is so hard. i can turn it but every time i land it i cant shift my weight to the proper side so i wont over do it.

we are going to make a video next year of us small tricks like that, the funniest has to be bunny hopping the wake and going either over or on top of the other tuber. if i knew how i would make a wakeboard video of me pulling off my newest trick i learned called the scarecrow.

god i heart tubing!!!!
