Xtreme slow uploading using cable.

I'm using @Home here in Toronto and the uploading speed is unaccpetable. It is slower than 56K modem!

I'm uploading using CuteFTP and the speed was 0.03KB/s.

What might be the problem?

Your cable is bogged down, and/or the server you're uploading to is experiencing extremely heavy traffic.

You may be capped, but even so, you should be able to upload at a minimum of 16KB/s.

Try uploading using the command line ftp program and see what happens.

And if not...don't expect to get it fixed... It's unlikely you've got any GUARANTEED speeds (maybe download, but probably not upload).
