Ok guys here is the deal...
I upgrade and repair computers on the side for extra cash etc. Anyway since it's release, the Visiontek Xtasy 6564 seams to be EXTREAMLY ESD sensitive. I always wear a ESD strap, when I work usually to a wall socket, if not then the case. But still I just killed my second Xtasy 6564, out of about a dozen. I sent one back to Visiontek already which they replaced. But wow this is getting to be anoying. I'm gonna have to start using latex gloves with these puppies.
BTW the reason I say it is ESD, because in both cases the card still work in SVGA, and DOS/BIOS mode. Just when it hit anything with 3D is crashes or BSODs me. Which means something having to do with the GPU or VRAM got shorted.
