XPS M1530 HDMI Out Problem

I've had on and off problems with the HDMI out of my laptop to my LG TV.

I've replaced the HDMI cable a couple times so I know that's not the issue.

It was worked a few times, but sometimes the display doesn't work if the cable is moved/touched. (makes me think the HDMI port of the laptop or TV is faulty).

However, nVidia settings recognizes my TV as a secondary display. TV says No Signal, but if I hit Fn+F8, it goes blank and the no signal dialog goes away, meaning it knows it's connected.

But neither sound nor video is being transmitted.

Latest audio and video drivers. Windows Vista.

Ideas?

Never mind, it's my HDMI cables.

All three of my HDMI cables from Monoprice don't work. But 3FT Monster HDMI cable works (ugh, I always swore AGAINST Monster).
