XPS Gen 2 + scrolling noise

Ok I recently bought a XPS Gen 2. I am now facing the common scrolling problem that many computer faces. I google searched for a long time but found no solution. This little hissing/buzzing/clicking sound is not loud but annoying when noticed. It gives me a headache. I'm pretty sure it is coming from the graphic card. My system spec is:

Pentium M 2.0 Centrino
Intel i950PM
1 Gigabyte of 4200 DDR
Hitachi 60gb 5400RPM
17" WUXGA
scrolling mouse
6800 Go Ultra 256mg
Windows XP media edition

There are onboard sound from sigmatec, onboard bluetooth, wireless, and lan. I've disabled most of them with no luck. I can't disable the sound because it is not in my dell bios. Please help. *pops a tynenol*

I also realized that the sound dissapears or lowers when the processor is working.
