Synopsis:

A tool for Windows XP (9x/2K not tested, will probably work with 2K)
Lists modules in explorer.exe and iexplore.exe (Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer respectively).

This is another tool to help detect spyware Shell-invading dlls, mainly targeted toward power users or its log could be posted for examination.

Example usage:

At a command prompt:
xpmods > xpmods.txt
notepad xpmods.txt

Output format: process image name pid: pid; module: ModuleBaseName,lpBaseOfDll,SizeOfImage,EntryPoint,ModulePath

I'm kinda dumb...but it sounds interesting.

How do i use this app?

When i hit open, it shows a cmd window for a second, then the window disappears

Oh, it has to be run from a command line. Or you can do it from start menu run like so:

cmd /k "c:\tools\xpmods.exe"

also I made one for all DLLs, linked in this thread. Limitation is it can't open 'admin' processes.
