I ordered a new monitor from them Monday night, requested that it be shipped to me at work rather than home. The order was denied - they had a policy of not shipping certain items to addresses other than your credit card billing address. No problem, I could live with it being shipped to my home, so I placed another order. Then noticed that it said "normally ships in 2-3 days", shame on me for not seeing this in the first place but I called them Tuesday morning and they were very helpful and agreed to cancel the order for me immediately, no hassle or bs.
About an hour later, a different person from xpc called me to follow up on my first order that their system had kicked out. He just wanted to make sure I knew what had happened and if there was anything he could do to help.
I love NewEgg as much as anyone else, but I've never had anyone from them call to check up on me. I will definitely consider them in the future and give them another shot, but I'll be sure on whether or not the item is in stock first.
