XPC and silent vga cooling options

I put in a used geforce 3 vga card in a shuttle xpc. The vga fan is very loud and I want to use something silent. What fits in the xpc that works?

1. looked at the Zalman ZM80D-HP, but it looks huge for the xpc.
2. looked at the old Zalman zm17cu, but googling finds some reviews that basically say it needs a fan on a geforce 3 ti 200 and above.
3 I'm not sure a raw heatsink like this ONE would work either without some fan and I have no idea there would be room anyway for the fan.
4. Can't use a silencer. Is there another vga fan, really quiet but good to replace stock vga?

Prior experience anyone? Any recommendations?
