I just got my XP333 this past weekend, upgrading from my now retired KK266, my experience so far has been wonderful, in fact, I have this puppy running at 200FSB (6.5x200). I have one slight problem though. My WinTV card always seems to freeze randomly (even when not overclocked). Apparently this is an issue with the northbridge as ALi states on their website that they have problems with TV tuners. It says on their site to try and change the PCI Latency to 10. I was wondering where I can find that option in the BIOS to change my PCI latency. Also, anybody have any success stories and/or suggestions of how they were able to get their WinTV card to work in your XP333 mobo.

I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks!

This is NOT what I wanted to hear!!! I was just thinking about how perfect this board would be, but I too have the hauppauge wintv card. Sorry I couldn't help you but you could try going to amdmb.com and searching the forums. Good luck.

EDIT: I just looked over there and you already have a thread going.

The following solution was posted by Baseline on the AMDMB forums:

"I have the WinTV PCI board.. I installed it on PCI slot 4 at first, which is sharing IRQ's with my Radeon8500 on AGP obviously, and it was freezing up about 3 seconds after I started wintv2k or dscaler (both programs I use). I removed all of the wintv software and everything related, and I switched the card to pci slot 3, reinstalled all of the software and the drivers from www.hauppauge.com and it is working well now.. I also use dscaler, I forgot the site, but it is linked at the bottom of the hauppauge downloads page for your card.

Dan"

Hope this helps :)

odd, i have a hauppauge wintv card, i have run both win2k and winxp, and it has been stable with this board. my card is on the 5th pci slot, i never tried it anywhere else. maybe changing the slot like someone said will make a difference.
