XP333-R or 8KHA+ or Another Option?

I have seen many pros and cons of both of these board: 8KHA+ and XP333-R. The 8KHA+ looks good because alot of people recommend it. I have not seen that much info on the XP333.
I am leaning toward the epox since it is a name that has been associated with good products for a long time. I do, however, plan on getting a GeForce4, what are the chances I get a board with the tall caps?
I'm primarily looking at stability and fairly simple overclocking, I don't plan on pushing my OC options to the limit, jsut enought to give me a nice performance boost. Basically I'm looking for more info on the XP333 to compare it to the 8KHA.

if you buy from someplace like newegg you will probably get one of the newer boards (since they have such a high turn over rate)

if you buy from some mom and pop store they might have lots of older ones


but several of the gf4 cards will work even with the old epox board (the one with the high caps)
