XP3200 unable to o/c

Wasn't happy with my xp 2600 333 o/c to 2.367 ghz, 225.51@10.5 with no vcore increase running on a A7N8X-E. So with my typical wisdom got a xp3200 Barton 400fbs thinking I could go up to maybe 2.5+ . Installed last night and max was 2.2. Needless to say was disappointed. I must be missing something?

Any help would be appreciated.
