XP2800 cpu cooling ?

I have a coolmaster wave master case and don't have much room for a cpu cooler.
What small cooler's are good for over clocking in general. the space between the
bottom of the power supply and the heat sink is very small. the power supply
has a bottom fan that blows air down to the mother board but is right above
the cpu cooler. i have a pic of it but don't know how to attach a link.
 
Most psu fans mounted on the bottom of the psu are intakes, the suck air into the psu not blow it on the mobo.
 
My enermax whisper 350w has a fan that blows down from the bottom of the psu. i wish i knew how to post or send you a pic
of the setup so you could see what i'm talking about. how can i do that
