XP2100+ Overclock

Just a noob here doing my first overclock.
Any opinions, critiques, advise welcomed.
If you just want to ignore this, that is fine too.
Just throwing this out there, maybe it can help
somebody else.

Epox 8rda+
XP2100+ @2194MHz....11.5 x 190 FSB...1.74V Vcore
TwinMOS/Winbond PC3200 BH-5 chips @7-3-3-2.5.....2.77V
SK-7 w/Panaflo H1A.......41°C idle........48°C load
Did a quick run with Prime 95...no errors...48m

Is the Vcore o.k. here or should I keep it at a lower voltage?
What would be a maximum, safe voltage for the Vcore?
Is the memory voltage o.k? Is it safe to increase that also or
is upping that even needed?

Thanks for any input.

DL3TC or DUT3C chip, 1.5 or 1.6 volts default core?? ( guessing a dlt3c)
Use the least voltage it takes to get the job done. Back off on the vdimm first, if it is too low, it will quit prime pretty quick.
If it does not quit in the first hour, then back off on your vcore, same thing.
I have been trying all angles with my dut3c chip, and am now on my first full 12 hour prime test. took a few days to get here though😉

If you're running synchronous mode then the ram can stay@default voltage because@190fsb you are underclocking it and extra voltage is completely unnecessary. 1.85V or below is recommended for Vcore because IMO the lifespan starts getting dicey after that and potentially having a dead or damaged CPU in a few months would be no fun and most overclocks top out within 100-150mhz of their absolute stable speeds with 1.85v from what I've seen so it's a personal decission I suppose. For stability testing multitask P95TT and some other stuff and play some games, ect.

I have one 512MB stick of ram in Bank 0. I think in the BIOS
it is running under Auto. So you're saying I should run it under
Sync and at default voltage?

Here's where I am now:

2100+ @2219 (11.5 x 193) Vcore 1.79V
RAM @7,3,3,2.5.....2.63V...going to improve on this now

Stultus....going to try your settings and see what happens

Thanks for the replies everyone.
