But it gives you an idea of what even a not so familiar owner of the chipset can acheive. They said that they could not unlock the CPU, but I believe that most of the Nforce2 boards unlock the CPU multipliers for you?

when you do that, i think they adjust the price of the CPU back to whatever it is alone. you can always sell the board on ebay or in the FS forums, but then you would probably get net $70, making the chip $80. that is about what it goes for on newegg, so it probably isn't worth all the work.

hey considering that their best standing deal at fry's is a 2000+ chip and K7S5A Pro for $89, you pay $60 more and get a t-bred B 2100+ and an nForce2 motherboard with integrated GF4MX. this sounds like an awesome setup for an entry-level computer. hell, with the 2100+ OCing to 2600+ speeds at default voltage, 8x AGP slot and dual channel DDR, it is a good setup for a power user too!

This is the 'Lite' version. It does not have the built in graphic chip.
