XP2000+ PS Recommendations

I am building a system with an AthlonXP 2000+ CPU on a ECSK7VTA3. I need to know what Power Supply I should get that can handle this kind of CPU and Motherboard. There are so many Power Supplies in pricewatch that claim that its AMD Approved but I really don't trust them. Can someone please help. I'm hoping that the price will not exceed $50.00 and it will be great if I could get it $35.00 or below but I think that is unlikely. Thanks a lot in advanced for the time and help.
