Trying to install an MFC device for scanning, and running into issues with Windows Firewall.
On the FireWall Advanced Settings tab, the Network Connection Settings are not available. Instead, it says "The network connection settings have become corrupted. To fix this, click Restore Defaults..."
I click the Restore Defaults button, and it doesn't work. I even looked up the command prompt (NETSH FIREWALL RESET) but that didn't do anything either. I am still getting the "corrupted" message instead of being able to manage Connection Settings.
Couldn't find any discussions on this on the internet about this issue except for this one link which was wayyy over my head.
