xp1800 on soltek 75drv5 at 1.16Ghz?

just installed an amd xp 1800+ on a soltek SL-75DRV5, running windows xp pro,512 mb ram, everything runs fine BUT..

this may be a dumb question but i -thought- the xp 1800+ was supposed to have a 1.53ghz speed? windows shows it at only 1.16ghz. (this is an out of the retail amd box cpu not oem or white boxed). am i missing the point, not understanding something right or is something wrong with that picture?

Set it to 133MHz FSB and you'll be set.
