XP1800 and ECS OC'ing ?

I just got a 1800+ (Tbred B) and ECS K7S5A Pro board from fry's for $59 to add to all of the other parts I had laying around to use as a DC box. My ? is does CPUFSB actually work? I adjusted it to 150fsb and it seems to be working fine. Temps are at 41C under full load after 24hrs of crunching. In the bios there are only 3 settings for FSB 100/133/166. I tried 166 and the PC would not POST. Nope there are no VCore adjustments.

Is there anything else I can try? I am not going to upgrade the mb.

Hmm,

K7S5A wasn't the god of all overclockers but, I think some of the newer BIOS allow for more options.

You could always unlock your chip.
