XP1800+, 1.53@1.73ghz, default voltage!

I am using the LeadTek Nforce2 Pro mobo and my XP1800+ is running at 1.73ghz with default voltage...

Also, the LeadTek Nforce2 mobo DOES have PCI/AGP lock at 33/66. I have it running at 150 FSB and both AGP and PCI are still running at their normal speeds (33/66) This mobo definitely kick ass at $114. Also have memory voltage adjustments too! Only think it lacks is multiplier adjustments...but I am very satisfied at 1.53@1.73


I currently have 2x256meg PC2100 crucial ram and its taking the 150 FSB just fine. Do you guys think I should overclock it more?

Oh yea, I am using a TT Volcano 7 with AS3. CPU is right at around 35C.

Got the Maxtop case from Newegg with 2x92mm fans and 3x80mm fans. ALso have a 350W PSU. Very good case for $55 shipped IMO

Nice at defaults

What kind of 1800+ is it? If its a Palomino, it'll be locked. Or is there no option for multi adjustments in the BIOS?

If its a T-bred you should be able to push it harder with little effort. I was running 1.725ghz with my old 1800+ Pally, course it needed a lot more effort

yea, its a T-bred. Got it from Newegg. Gonna try higher later. Thanks for the advice
