Xp1600+ Palomino AGOIA maxed out @152 FSB

I was wondering whether I'd be able to hit 166 if I bought a board with 1/6 divider?

My specs are as folllows.

Abit Kr7a-raid
2x256MB Infineon 7.5ns
Alpha 8045
Enermax 350W

I'm really not sure whether the bottleneck is the ram, mobo, or cpu.

Any takers?

Constantly freezes on windows even when Votage is bumped to 1.85 which is the max on this board.
