I was on the website for the XP-120 and I found some very extensive drawings with all dimensions and a listing of motherboards it fit on. I went back again and I couldn't navigate my way back. It's there maybe you can find it.

It *will* work, but you cannot use DIMM slot #1.
It's obstructed.
Same with the Tyan K8WE.
