xp120 or xp90? or is there better heatsinks?

i have a p4 3.2 1mb 800mhz cpu on an asus p4c800-e.

I'm about to buy either xp-90 for $25 + fan, or the xp-120 for $50 + fan?

Which one is better? or is there something better out there.

I want to o/c as much as possible. but also not to add so much noise.

The XP 120 will cool better. As for noise, you can use a lower rpm fan. The larger size fan of the XP 120 will give you the equivalent of a smaller fan running at high rpm, The result...less noise. Of course, you need to make sure the XP 120 will fit.
