Looking to upgrade my system from 939 to some overclocked Intel Dual Core - 2140/4500. I have an XP120 would like to recycle and noticed that Thermalright sells a bracket kit to allow it be installed on Intel socket 775 motherboards. My concern is that the cooler is a monster and lays flat over the board, thus if there are any tall components near the cpu socket it may hit them.
Is anyone using an XP120 cooler with a newer Intel socket motherboard? If so, please provide details.
