How many times can you load winxp, from the same xp disc, to computers? Also is there a good ite/place to find activation codes? Thank you.

eh...this sounds like you are trying to do something illegal. The only place you can get activation codes (legally) is from MS, either via the web, or phone. And you can load XP as many times as you like, but it's only legal on one. The physical media doesn't degrade on install.

You can load XP on as many computers as you like, but each install will need a unique license key.

that statement sounds like you are trying to get activation codes so that you can avoid calling MS. I don't see any reason for looking for these if you are using a legal OS. It's kinda like saying "Is there anywhere I can find product keys for windows?"

Yes, from the microsoft activiation website or by calling them. As mentioned above you need unique licensing keys for each of them.

Getting them from anywhere else is illegal.

No that's perfectly legal. They have a product and they have the right to take it to market at whatever cost they want.

Hello Newb! Welcome.

Whether you know about it or not, I should give the standard warning:

This is the kind of thread that may get you temporarily banned. "Just Curious" doesnt wash with our moderators. Not nowadays.

Having said that, your favorite file-sharing network will have all the answers.
