Lame topic, yes, I just didn't know what to write...
Anyways, I was terribly bored the other day, and decided that maybe I should give the AMD64 version of XP a try.
Install goes smooth and all, nVidia chipset drivers work fine, as do Creative drivers.
So, then the time comes to install ATi's drivers.
.NET first since they require that, then ATI's drivers.
Midinstall I get a bluescreen, and the Windows install is hosed, can boot in safe mode, but that's it.
Tried with both the 6.3 and 6.4 drivers, as well as changing the other in which I install stuff, no dice.
So, basically I just wanted to check if anyone else had run into this problem?
nForce4/A64 combo, Radeon X800XL btw.
