Xp wont install

k i try to install window xp on my new computer and when everything loads on the blue screen it freezes at "Setup is starting windows" on the bottom left hand corner.

Is it a legit XP copy?

yea it legit i got it from newegg.com. I got a sata hdd and the manual told me to make this disk and i did so when i load the window installation i press f6 and it read the disk but it still freezes after i put raid somthing windows xp.
