Xp won't install question

I have 2 identical c-533 computers with 256k Ram. One loaded XP flawlessly and still runs. The other re-boots during the installation. I ended up putting Win98 on it and it runs fine. What should I be looking at as a possible solution to installing XP on the second computer? The mobo is an intel BP810 Flex ATX, not much to change in BIOS. Others have had the same problem with some of these "barbie" computers but I havent seen a solution yet.
