xp window transparency?

this may be a stupid question, but is there a way to make windows/programs transparent that dont have the option in their settings? winamp, for example.

Don't know about all programs but Winamp has it built in. Right click on the main part. Go to Window Setting->Opacity. Choose whatever looks best.
