xp went to blank screen, won't boot

Hi,

I have a Winxp.
When i turn on the machine, i can see the windows loading with bar running, and then i see the welcome screen, after like two seconds, the screen goes black(but the cursor is still floating and i can move it). Hard disk is still running like two another 30 seconds, the system reboot.
I can see there is a "bug" light from the motherboard is on. It is an orange light from the board. My board is a Gigabyte.

However, i can bootup normal with SAFEMODE.
how can i find out what has happened?
