XP Web Publishing Wizard options do not appear? Any help?

Hey guys. As the title says, I can't find the option to publish pictures/files to the Internet via the XP Web Publishing Wizard anywhere. I've got the IIS and World Wide Web Publishing services installed and running, yet nothing displays.

Any help? 🙂
