XP -> Vista question

So, I have 2 copies of XP Pro, and 2 copies of XP Pro 64 (Bad, bad buy).
Do I automatically get a free upgrade to Windows Vista or is the upgrade thing just for people who buy new copies?

It's for when you buy a new computer with XP during a certain time period (like now).
