[xp/vista]lost partition

so i just removed a cdr so i can put it in another system and now my whole g: partition is unaccesable after i removed the cdr chkdsk gave me a whole bunch of errors... but well i thought ok...
so i couldnt acces it in xp..
well g: has vista on it so i tried to boot from it... well it worked and i could use all files on g: perfectly still in vista..
vista did run chdsk too...
this is all on a samsung 250gb with f: and g: 120gb partitions... f: still works fine in windows

speedfan says smart is reporting everything to be ok...

can anyone help me ?

Asrock Dual sata2
2x 512mb ddr400
Western Digital 80gb wd800jb
Samsung 250gb SP2514N

so here i am in vista with everything running fine...
cant I do something in vista so it fixes it ?
 
Can you access G: if you put back the cdr? If yes, it could be that Win XP is looking for the FAT on the CDR. Have you tried Disk Management in Win XP and see if G is accessible. Worse thing that could happen is to re-partition G again under Disk Management in XP and then re-install Vista. Another will be to use a third party partition software like Partition Commander or Partition Magic to check and repair the partition on G.

putting the cdr back didnt help disk management just tells me about a partition without file system
I tried partition magic and paragon both didnt help ..
